Hi,
The best way is to fly from New-York to Zurich, then rent a car or go by train to Davos. Davos is located in the eastern side of Switzerland (close to the border with Austria). It's relatively a short drive (from Zurich) and normally without traffic jams (good roads, clear traffic signs).
