Can I transfer funds from FCNR/NRE account to Normal Indian Current Account

Hi, Can I transfer funds from FCNR/NRE account to normal current account? For e.g. I have a current account in India with HDFC and I am planning to open FCNR/NRE account with ICICI- is it possible to transfer from FCNR/NRE account to HDFC current account? thanks
