With all the spec ops forces and high-tech and coalition allies and everything, why can't you guys nab Osama and Mullah Omar???
Wasn't seizing elusive fighters in hostile mountain terrains inhabited by fiercely-independent tribals who are born with a rifle in their mouth part of your fancy training programme? What good is your training anyway that you let eight years pass, yet the highest-rated 'bad guys' remain as elusive as phantom or better, the Faqir of Ipi? Ever heard of Ipi? or Waziriforce? It's the same old story as yours, British failure to nab the bin Laden of their times in India, nearly a century ago.
I suggest you and esp. your 'professors' read up some history of the NWFP first!
