Tracking Cell Phone Calls To Locate Cell Phone Owner?
Is there a way of tracking cell phone calls - perhaps a free cell phone number search?
Or maybe there is a free cell number directory that one can use to find records to locate a cell phone owner?

Ok, after hours of searching I found out it's not possible to tack cell phone calls free - this is due to the fact that Cell phone companies charge to give out information.
However there are some reliable cell phone tracking sites who have bought the info and created their own directories / databases which you can pay to use and get cell phone records and find out who a cell phone number belongs to..
I used Phone Detective - tracking Cell phone calls ,
The database seems quite comprehensive, and most importantly, up to date.
I was supplied with: The cell phone owner's Full name and address, the phone company's details, a map of the cell phone location (but you can just use Google Maps), and also other info, like other cell phone numbers of the owner and old addresses.
2 things concerned while searching through other online cell phone tracking sites:
- Some cell phone tracking directories supplied a surname with various possible first name matches, this was no help at all!
- Some paid sites charge per search with no membership option to join and perform as many searches as you like. Be sure that the 'Locate cell phone owner' site that you use will have a membership option for as many searches as you like (usually they give a year) .
