Thank you for your suggestion. I wish I could find an immigration attorney that would help me through the fine points of border patrols and even the mexican consulant. Trying to track someone down under such scrutiny with politics involved is frustrating. I'm nearly 70, so the money is a issue. I know there is a chance this person didn't use their right name...so the tracking could be harder. This man has one toe missing off his left foot. They placed it on his hand to make a finger. Sound strange. He has many moles around his neck. More descriptions to make a positive identity. However, could someone PLEASE help me.
