I am looking for a topical guide for daily prayer ---Not a book or a journal-- a booklet

Years ago, Beverly LaHaye put out a prayer guide through CWA that had suggestions of prayer 'topics'--presented in a one week guided set-up. (For example:  my personal requests. family, others, the unsaved, politicians-government, the world, etc.) There were a few scriptures on each page, but mostly topics guidelines to cover, or write in.

I think "Guidepost" is one of those and I believe it is free.

Turn off the television and teach your children how to think.

There also used to be something called the Daily Word that I believe was in booklet form.

I am not sure what denomination it was, though (if any).

Here is a site I found for it. It appears to still be in existence, but there is a fee to subscribe to the magazine.

Jesus taught that our prayers should express our desire to see God's name sanctified, his Kingdom come, and his will be done - Matt. 6:9-13; Luke 11:2-4. He also taught that it's appropriate to pray about personal matters. Jesus also used illustrations that showed we need persistence, faith, and humility if our prayers are to be heard by God. -Luke 11:5-13, 18:1-4.  Try to pray from your heart using the model Jesus left us. A heartfelt prayer is more meaningful. Hope this helps!
