Looking for title of movie about love goddess Venus

I am trying to find the title for a movie I saw on either Cinemax or Showtime late night in the mid-1980s. It was a European soft-core flick shot in the Greek Islands about a cosmetics company looking for a spokesmodel for their new line named after Venus. Venus herself comes back to earth to fill the position.
