I have had a timeshare for 3 years now and have ...

I have had a timeshare for 3 years now and have never used it. I am not paying any taxes or maint. fees at this time because I haven't used it. Is this going to come back and haunt me later. I am trying to sell it right now. I have it at 2 places and nothing is happening. Please let me know on this. My email is frieface@yahoo.com Thanks

Are you required to pay taxes and maint fees if so than yes this may effect your ability to sell the timeshare. If not then there you can either list with the company you have your timeshare with or do it on ebay list on craigs list or utilize the service of an organization that will help you sell your timeshare. You can do a search on google and find a company that will help you. Make sure you research the company and be aware of any fee's they may charge you for assiting you.
