Is there any time limit to stay invested in these kinds of foreclosure investments?
I don't resaally understand the question, but this is the time to buy. Like they say buy low and sell high. When the price goes back up then sell.
Your question is really inadequate to understand but anyway always remember the golden rules of investment - buy when the masses are selling and sell when the masses are buying - never panic.
Any time limit just invested in these kinds - get outta here!
Foreclosures are an absolute steal at this time and the choice foreclosed homes are selling almost as quickly as they come on the market. Waiting on the fence for better pricing might mean that you miss the bottom of the market and great deals on “quality” foreclosures. There is a tool which finds best places to invest, identifies properties with the most value & will let you know if the property is really worth buying. Make appropriate use of these tools before final analysis as the tag price of the foreclosed homes for sale is still way less than the amount it could have been. Yes, so any time limit simply invest in these kinds.
