Time heals wounds, but not if you cover the problem or trauma.
My idea of being in harmony with your mind is to manage feelings by getting an impression of something, mix this with previous feelings or wronged feelings and express it all in a painting or something. (the impression is used to make it easier to express).
The subconscienciousness (right in English?) is a second person in your body with own desires. You can compare it with a program. This second person is a mystery; so there is not much we can reprogam; but there is one way to change things...: change input and more important: stimulating output (of feelings).
