got ticket for "no seat belt" didn't have insurance card with me. I was driving my employers car, with his permission, I forgot about the ticket until i got notice from state. I called and called like the letter said to and got no answer each time i tried . Today I got thru and lady stated i can go pay in the spokane valley court. And it may be to late to drop the no insurance part of ticket.Is she correct?
