My question is when you hear the words Sex Offender, what immeaditaly comes to your mind?
Someone who has committed a sexual related offence, or a sexualy motivated offence.
Be honest and be true to yourself.
Sex Offender is someone who:
1. Molested children
2. Had sex with people below 18 years old.
3. Raped someone.
4. Engaged in sexual activity with an infant or elderly people who don't have the right mental faculties.
5. Someone who took advantage of anyone who is helpless.
Why do you ask? Sorry about my asking, I'm just curious.
When I hear that word, what comes to mind is to avoid such persons because they are bad for the Society as a whole.

When people hear "Sex Offender" they often think the worst, having done time myself I can tell you that even criminals think "diaper-snatching baby-rapist" when they hear the phrase. More often than not so-called sex offenses are breaches of public morality statutes decades old. In the state of Oregon you can be branded a sex offender for urinating in a field when you think nobody else is around if you get caught. Why do you ask?
