No. I don't think there should be any safety belt laws for dogs. Many friends I know show dogs or do agility or obedience and carry their dogs in crates in their SUV without seats. So tell me how they would attach a seat belt to a crate? Myself, I use a seat belt for my dog...but I wouldn't want it to be law. There are enough darn laws..enough is enough!!!!
