Stop for a moment in focusing on other people and start focusing on yourself and your fears. You would do well get professional help, now, because until you can get hold of yourself you will not have long, lasting and meaningful relationships. And dying is part of living, it is ok. What you do while you are alive is the real issue, and if you are not enjoying living, you need to explore the reasons. And therapy may help you.
