Emphatically, NO. Is your book copywrite? What year was it copywrite. If your book was copywrite they have no business publishing it on line. You have the ability to sue them if the facts you state are accurate. Michael Joel Held

Sometimes we put up walls not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough to break them down.

I see you have posted  similar questions many times and wonder why you haven't contacted Amazon direct, or filed a suit against them?  Are you just trying to publicize this book?

Get yourself an entertainment attorney, go online to find the best and you can root out the rip offs. You will get the back pay of royalties and more to come. Also, sue amazon for the use of your name. They are allowed to use your name without your permission. Get on this a.S.A.P ! And let me know the outcome. Don't call amazon, let the attorney take care of everything! If they contact you, refer them to your attorney, say nothing! To them. You deserve a;ot for what they put you through.

If Amazon.com is making money off of your book and name illegally, then the answer is obvious. NO, Amazon.com SHOULD NOT be making money off of your book and name illegally!
