Hi! Well I have to say that losing weight so rapidly is extremely unhealthy and also extremely inaffective. The only healthy way to lose weight (and the only way that lasts) is to do it moderately and over an extended period of time. Try balancing your nutrition and make sure that you get enough physical activity. There are no miracle diets. From my own and my freinds' experience if you lose weight too quickly you gain it again only double...
