In the flop, there are 4 of a kind, with a 2d, if Player 1 has Ad,3c, Player 2 has 10s, 10s. Is this a split pot, regardless as 4 of a kind is a full poker hand, or does Playre 1 win with Ace high.

Player 1 wins because they have 4 of a kind with an Ace high kicker which is better than player 2's 4 of a kind with a 10 high kicker.

I didn't get your question, How come player 2 has two 10S? and besides how come their is four of a kind when it's still the flop?

In this matter, I have to agree with jak7755. Ace is the highest than 10. Besides regardless of the fact that you disregard the four of a kind, Player 2 only has 10S as it's highest card.
