How do i tell my parents im pregnant? Im 19 and at the time me and my now ex- boyfriend had sex in may it was my first time. I didnt know i was pregnant until now, i am now 5 months along and i am going to have a confirmed test on the 29th of october. I would like to tell my mum before i go but im not sure how to tell her. PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!

Here is the link to a website with a lot of helpful tips on breaking the news to your parents. The best thing is to be completely honest with them. Be ready for them to not take the news so well, because it will happen. Good luck and I am wishing you all the best.

She's your Mom just talk to her she will understand, I have 4 daughters, believe me I know, There's nothing my daughters could do that I wouldn't talk to them about and listen to them

Just do not get too upset. I had a similiar situation with my mother except that i was 20 and i had gotten married behind her back.... but she was so mad and yelling at me that i worked myself all up and ended up bleeding all night so i thought i was going to lose the baby. Luckily i didn't but by the time i was 6 months pregnant my mother had gotten over it and was REALLY excited. I had invited her to the ultrasound so she would be there when we saw the baby the first time and also she got to find out the sex with me. That changed everything with our relationship. She then took me shopping for baby stuff and helped plan 2 baby showers for me. Your mom will understand and will be supportive you just need to give her time to accept and adjust to the situation.
