can anybody tell me about "what is marine engineering ?" scopes ,as well as what in the minimum eligibility to go for this course ?

Basically it has to do with engineering facilities and pieces of equipment that will be in the water or adjacent to it. It could mean anything from engineering rafts for oil drills to planning marine army facilities. It also has a lot to do with infrastructure running under water like pipe lines and communication lines.
