Is it good for teeth to be sunbathed? I'm thinking for overall health but also to make them whiter. What would be a healthy amount of time?
Everything I say can be fully substantiated by my own opinion.
I've found no information that your teeth would receive any benefit from direct sun exposure and I doubt that solar radiation would whiten them signigicantly.
However, since the inside of your mouth is accustomed to damp darkness, I'm sure that the flesh in there would easily dry and sunburn. Unpleasant and harmful prospects.
Success is measured not by the heights to which one rises, but rather by the obstacles that one has overcome.
This question is so ridiculous that I don't think it even warrants a serious answer................
