You could get her a gym membership with classes she enjoys - she'll get more fit while doing something she enjoys. You can also cook healthier low fat meals with an emphasis on whole grains and vegetables and get rid of all the junk food (snacks) and soda in the house. Most of all let her know that you accept her as she is so she doesn't feel insecure about herself. Change your whole family's lifestyle to a healthier one so the focus is not just on her.
