U.S. taxpayers, what are you going to do with your stimulus check?  Mine is going towards summer property taxes, driver's license renewal and registration renewal.  If there's any left, I will try to save some to pay the income tax I will owe for getting it.

I haven't gotten mine yet. If/When I get it  I guess it will go towards paying tuition.

Innocentthe best gift in life is life itself.

Well I know that the whole reason for giving us the rebate check is so we can put money back into the economy. Personally I do not like being behind on any bills. With prices going up it feels like the essentials are becoming luxuries. I would love to go on a shopping spree and buy summer clothes and out door stuff. Maybe go on a vacation. which I never have done ! I would love to just be care free but, in all actuallity it is wise to pay off bills and have nothing hanging over my head reminding me that the water and electric bill will not pay it's self. For sure my car is not going to grow new tires !!! I still can't decide. I got my tax money and paid some of my tuition off, bought my daughter & son a few summer clothes, and paid regular bills. I had to buy groceries and it is pretty much gone. It is hard being responsible but in the end it's less stressful.
