Over the years, the actual document granting 501c3 ...

Over the years, the actual document granting 501c3 exemption has been lost or misfiled for our non-profit organization. We have our number. Just giving the number without a copy of the docment disqualifies us for some grants. How do we obtain a duplicate or copy of this document? Suzanne Butler sbutler79225@gmail.com

I'm not sure with whom you originally filed but I'd think if you can contact them, you'd be able to get a certified duplicate copy of the document.
