I would STRONGLY encourage you to use caution in the belief of what you are told. I do this for a living, and I will be the first to tell you that there are way to many money hungry "psychics" that will tell you that you have a curse on you or there is evil around you only to ask you for money for a "charm" or to "remove the curse" While I am not saying that curses do not happen, alot of the "curse" effects are brought about by the negative thoughts that are put in your head. Not meaning to offend anyone else but I have found in my experience that if a reader will not let you record the reading, take notes, or ask questions, or they have a big red palm hanging in their window.......run because chances are they are only after the money. With anything spiritual there has to be an exchange of energy it is the law of the land so to speak, but there is a reason and limit to all things. I have had people come to me that were desperate and broke, and I have had them simply buy me a coke or a cup of coffee as payment. If you would like you can send me an email about the problem at hand and I will see what I pick up. cabotazzy@yahoo.com

Greetings Volvo! Just "stumbled" upon Yedda.com. Looks pretty cool! I read Tazzy's response to your ?. She couldn't be more right. It's sad but true! Fact is, there are crooks in every single type people you can think of. None are barred. This applies to the mystical/metaphysical world, too. I recommend staying away from those who have the big palm hanging in front of their home/shop! "There's your sign" it's a place you'll be mislead, ripped off & disheartened, not to mention what they can do to your nerves! It's upsetting to be told you have some horrid curse "on you". Of COURSE, they are "the only one" who can take this awful thing off of you. "Geefva mea morea money, I tella you morea. I helpa you!" Sounds crazy, & I hope no one's offended, but it's true! They also will (supposedly) begin burning candles, praying & whatever else they come up w/to tell you they'll do for you. Plus, you'll have to visit them regularly & bring BIG BUCKS when you do. They attempt to make you dependant on them. I've met people who've been taken for literally thousands of $$$$ by this type rotten reader. Please don't let those crooks turn you away from all readers. There are more of us who are ethical, as I'd guess Tazzy is, than not. Personally, if I feel a client needs spiritual cleansing/clearing, more often than not, I give them instructions on how to do so for themselves. Even if I do such clearing for my client, I still inform on to how to do such for themselves. I've also given instruction on reading Tarot, pendulum, smudging, etc. & I hope to start giving instruction & attunements for Reiki before 2010! You won't find Mrs. Palm In The Window giving instruction on how to do what she does! I do have return clients, but they come to confirm what I've told them before &/or to inquire about another issue. Sometimes they ask about what we've spoken of before, which at times is really what they need. I just don't let them go in circles or waste their $$. Often times, the cards prevent this for me. Clients leave w/information they need. Some of them have become my friends, so they may come by just to visit! As for your question as to how to change the negative outcome of a reading into positive. This is something I tell clients during readings: Your future is not written in stone! Knowledge is power! Reach in there & pull out a fist full of light! Simply change what you're doing in relation to the issue addressed in the reading. This gives you the POSSIBILITY of changing the outcome. Sometimes tho, that outcome is simply something you must go thru in order to learn, grow, evolve -- life lessons. Ya can't stop 'em, & who'd want to anyway! Wink (In a case like that, knowledge gained is still power. Forewarned is forearmed -- you won't be blindsided because you were made aware. Therefore you're prepared.) Do change all you can in attempt to change that outcome -- change attitude, approach, try & look at the whole issue thru completely different facets than ever before. Brainstorm it & think of all the ways you might change things in reasonable & positive ways. Hope this helps ya! Sorry I didn't find you earlier, as I see you posted your ? in Dec. 2008.

Brightest Blessings! Aradia GoldenDove Cool

There are very few things that cannot be reversed because we have free will and because we use the "Law of Attraction" every day to create our lives. The way to reverse a reading is to change your thinking first and then begin to visualize the outcome you would like to see. You do not say what the negative reading was, so I will assume it was pertaining to you. The steps I just gave you will not be effective if you are trying to change someone else and overide their free will. See the " Law of Attraction" page on my website for more information....http://www.essenceofthedivine.com

The reading should ring true, bbut the future is never set in stone. If you received other cards before the reversed one, look tosee what attitudes or behavior you might want to  change, as they'd be leading up to the reversed card.Also--bear in mind every reversed card is not *bad*.It can mean you don't feel *as* happy as you might or had hoped to.It sometimes is even a good thing if the particular card is a quite negative one.

They also can refer to secrets we have (psychological stuff etc) and ways we sabotage ourselves.

While we can never control other people, so some things are unavoidable--things usually turn out as they are supposed to.

Decide to be positive and keep an open mind -you can only do the best you can.Smile
