Would end of Feb be a good time to come fishing in ...

According to the solunar calendar, the best days to fish are indicated in the darker shades on the calendar.  So your best days in February appears to be the 18th - 24th and the 28th day.  I have provided the link for you to review future charts.

Generally this is not the best time of the year to fish in these waters. The spring, summer and early fall are best for the greatest variety of species.

It would also help to know if there are any particular species that the questioner is looking for. For instance, there is nil tarpon fishing in this area at the end of February.

Though I really don't go fishing(despite liking fish), I think the best time to go is around May, in the Springtime. The Sun, Moon tides and weather influence fish activity as they tend to feed more at sunset, sundown and when tides are higher(full moon), read this somewhere:o)
