Severe stiff neck, with most pain on left side radiating to head with pain behind my eyes, pain in sinuses,pain behind ear & in upper cervical area.
I have loud ringing and slushing sound in ear
When pressing on neck or when turning head I get these the feeling eyes are crossing & a little dizzy.
