Best swimming style

What is the best swimming style for keeping the body active and strong?

I think the best style to begin is free-style, it’s easier to learn and the kick’s technique is easier too. I’m a swimming teacher and I was a “breaststroke swimmer” I know that the technique “frog kick” is most difficult of learning and I have seen my swimmers when they begin. I suggest beginning with free-style. I swim all styles, but I like backstroke, breaststroke, free-style…but in the butterfly stroke you need to have a better performance to swim long distances. I think the swimming is a good sport to prevent damages to our body’s structures.
