A:Well....again ;-) I was not asking about the swingarm itself but rather about a monoshock swingarm...your answer is too simplistic since all bicycle with dual suspensions have only ONE shock....
If you read the other answer you will see that this is borrowed from the motorbike conept world where there are possibilities for more than a single shock and that explains it.
