hi if i have extensive intestinal metaplasia at the gastic antral mucosa... no h pylori... mainly caused by an incompetent pyloric sphinchter... is there any surgical way to fix that? i would really appreciates your comments :) my doctor told me that all surgeries are not matured enough... but I wouldnt mind paying more and get it done in the us or japan if its more matured in those places... so it would be great if you could recommend of a centre that has the most advance procedures... thanks again!!!
