Live life to the fullest.

Talk to your doctor.

Iv made an appointment and going to see my doctor this week,iv looked on the internet and found theres 34 signs of the menopause and iv got half of them! Dont no much about Menopause and what to expect,I thought years ago they stopped women takeing HRT?

Could be a sign of pre-menopause but anyhow please see a Gynecologist ASAP because you can have some disturbances which can affect you on long term,....

Hi Thanks for both replys,Went to see my GP and shes sending me for Heart Tests,Just goes to show you really do need to check on these symtoms especially if there simaler to other symtoms,Iv read Palpertations are a symtom of manopause and night sweats and hot flushes, but if theres a history of High Bloodpresure and Heart Desiese in the family,Which in my case there is! It has to be checked further,Im still haveing blood tests to see if im also in the early stages of menopause,Everything has to be ruled out

Ohh The joys of getting older!!

Many thanks again for replys!

Yesterday's gone and Today is going fast, Tomorrow is all we have, Until it to has passed

christina, You could be menopausal, (very early) but I would think you are probably peri menopausal. The symptoms are pretty much the same, with the exception of erratic periods. Since your periods are still regular and haven't changed you are no doubt peri menopausal, which means the prelude to menopause. Unless your mother and grandmother went through an early menopause, I highly doubt that is your problem. It is usually genetic, if they did you could, if they didn't I doubt you are.

Peri menopause generally starts about 40 to 48. Many women have thought they were menopausal, when infact they weren't. True menopause usually occurs around the age of 50. Have your doctor check your hormone levels as that is the only true measure of menopause.
