is the supreme court allways situate at the capital of country?
Love is the battery of life....
Hi,The suprime court is generally located in the capital but it is not compulsary. South Africa has 3 capitals: State capital (Pretoria / Cape town), Economical capital (Johanessburg), snd Juridical capital (Bloomfontein). Best regards,
It doesn't have to.
Although the Netherlands' official capital is Amstersdam, the dutch supreme court is situated i the Hague, which is the seat of the dutch government, though not the capital city.
With a few exceptions, yes!
