A:Forget scanning. Use Voice Recognition on your computer to dictate your handwritten notes. Vista has Voice Recognition built in. If you are using an earlier operating system then Office 2003 has Voice. If you are not a Microsoft user just buy a good Voice recognition program via Amazon or Ebay etc.
