Hello, I'm new to this forum so please help me. I have been trying to bake 100% whole wheat sugar cookies and cakes. I use whole wheat pastry flour and usually splenda for my sugar substitute. Any wheat sugar free baked goods and they come out like hockey pucks!!! And they don't taste very good
