Can my nephew come from Norway to study a year in ...

can my nephew come from Norway to study a year in the US and stay with me, his aunt. He will be a Junior in High School and also is a citizen of the US as well as a citizen of Norway where he resides. He really wants to come to my place and go to school here for a year. Any advice?......Aunt Amy
