I remember that anxiety well. Even though I studied and felt well prepared, I always seemed to get stressed and anxious just prior to taking an exam.

There are many things you can do to help alleviate this anxiety. Instead of listing everything here, I am going to guide you to a couple of sites that offer great advice. Some may work for you, others may not. The thing to do is to start putting some of these ideas into practice and see what works for you.

Put on some good music you like, go out for a run or exercise , beach ,  watch a comedy show on TV. :-)  It's just a test!

I attend UCLA and have the same problem, I use this stuff as it helps with the nerves and is natural. I also excersise regularly and even though I can't sleep the night before a test I make it policy to just lay there all night if need be.
