Good stress can make you feel a little motivated, bad stress is stress that drags on for too long, keeps you awake at night, or just makes you feel, well, stressed :) If you're starting to wonder if your stress is good or bad, that means it's probably bad. There are lots of things you can do for
stress relief. Try a few different techniques and see what works for you - it could be meditation, relaxation CDs, exercise, or herbal remedies. If you're really worried though, see a doctor before the stress really does get too serious.
