I find yoga extremely therapeutic. Combining the physical with the mental is cleansing. You learn the power of breath and meditation. Whenever I am having a stressful workday I make sure to join a yoga class. Yoga has changed my physical and mental health. I used to be a ball of stress and yoga has really allowed me to release a lot of that. It takes some time to get into it, but give it a few goes and see what you think.

Stress management is an art as it involves lot many disorganised things need to be organised. Otherwise a easyway is natural supplements for stress relief. I heard Relaxane(www.relaxane.com) is clinically tested with lot many clinical trials.You may try stuff like this.

Deep breathing is the simplest and best stress reducer. Focus on the exhale and use your abdominal muscles and diaphragm to exhale completely. Then let the inhalation take care of itself. It's the regulation of the breath that makes meditation and yoga so effective in reducing stress. Exercise, particularly aerobic exercise, also stops the shallow breathing that accompanies stress.

try looking into ethnobotanicals (herbal options) for stress relief, I know that there are several herbs that are proven to aleviate stress.
