Such strength of left-hemispheric physiological ...

Such strength of left-hemispheric physiological arousal is often associated with ruminations because of the activations of ideational centers (the brain). If a doctor stated this data from a neurological examine, how should a common person interpret this diagnosis? What types of ruminations could one expect from the person diagnosed?

Be anxious for nothing

Sounds like it means that the more you think about sex the stronger that urge becomes. Other ruminations would be a very wide variety, or more simply put, whatever each individual is most interested in, that is normally what he will think about, barring any external distractions. But in answer to your original question, a common person probably would not be able to interpret the diagnosis. I had to look the word (ruminate) up to find out what it meant.
