How can i store an Exel file or Access file(in tabular format but not a mdb file) into a table of a database of MSSQL

Ms Access allows you to link excell as a file in a table format known as Link table feature,every update whether you make whether from excell sheet it selft or via linked excll sheet on the database will reflect on both side. I have not seen this feature in MSSQl though.
