Anyone know how to store a car in the garage at the beach and not get mold or rust

how do i prevent mold in my car stored in the garage, i live near the beach and i am getting mold in my cars that are stored in the garage, should i use a space heater to keep the space dry , or a dehumidifer? anyone know how to store a car in the garage at the beach in california email me @ silverstrandman@aol.com
