Whenever I eat a good meal, my stomach gets bloated. Any suggestions? Has this happened to any of you?
Life is short. Eat dessert first.
Bloating is the common term for gas buildup in the stomach and intestines. I'd suggest eating more slowly. Try to make meals relaxed occasions. Eating when you're stressed or on the run can interfere with digestion. Also, it may help to take a short walk after eating.

Bloating (gas) in the bowels is a normal phenomena. Unfortunately excess gas affects some more than others. Eating large quantities of high fiber foods such as vegetables, beans etc cause bloating. Another cause is improper eating habits. Digestion begins in the mouth and it is vital that one eats slowly and not swallow food that has not been chewed well. Drinking water while eating will dilute the digestive juices in the mouth and cause you to swallow food which has not been prepared for proper digestion in the stomach. Eat sitting at a table - not on the run. Relax and enjoy!
There are products for this including beano which is supposed to be taken before eating and prevent gas build up. I've never used it but i've heard it's great. I've tried gasx which is for after you already feel bloated and while it works in one way it make my stomach feel weird in a different way and it prevents you from being able to fart which is the bodies natural defense for bloating. I would not suggest it!!! All of the above info is good info, but you may also want to consider smaller portions.
I have this same, horrible problem! It's pretty aggrivating and makes you not want to wear tight clothing because otherwise you'll look like a pregnant woman! My advice: eat cooked, not raw veggies, don't eat a lot of junk, take some beano, and release gas if needed!
You could be sensitive to wheat, be lactose intolerant, eating raw vegetables that aren't able to break down in your intestines because of a lack of enzymes, you could have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), ulcerative colitis, you could be stressed and hurried when you eat, be fructose intolerant, or have colon sensitivities because of the effects of coffee on the colon track. One solution other than not eating certain foods to see if this helps with your stomach bloating, is to go to a health food store to purchase a digestive enzyme. This helps many people.
take a shit.
My doctor suggested I take probiotics. Basically a high dose of active cultures similar to those found in yogurt. These active cultures promote better digestion and decrease bloating. I take Udo's Choice Super 8 Hi-Potency Probiotic. There are other brands as well. I bought them at the health food store. I was skeptical at first, but it has made a difference. It took a few weeks to have an affect.
