Cant stop crying

im starting middle school tommorrow and im pretty sure ill start crying if i get frustrated, can u give me some tips to help me keep my cool???

If you can learn to take deep breaths often, you will most likely be able to control yourself better when frustration sets in.  Breathing deeply helps you function better no matter what age you are or what situation you find yourself in.  Take a few deliberate breaths, breathing in through your nose and then letting the breath out slowly and then repeat.  It's an old yoga trick.  Good luck.

I would tell myself that it will all be over in 3 hrs or how many it took, just x amount of hours and I will get out.

set yourself an intellectual challenge a specific one ie concerning your interests and the highest achievement you can attain in its field eg I like looking at the stars at night when things got tough way back when (as things so often do these days) I started reading cosmology and ended up writing a book about the mc2 component of Einstein's e=mc2 equation ..er without the maths, well, be real, one can only push intellectual barriers so far, needless to say, NO one hardly read it ('Cosmic Wonder' it's on the net), but it sure as hell dried up the tears and lead to greater more meaningful directions in life
