I am assuming that your cellulite is in the legs, so heres what to do:
Start doing leg exercises every single day, like squats, elliptical machine, running, and speed-walking. Your fat will go away, and if you have no fat, you will have no cellulite!
If your cellulite is not in your legs, try some exercises for that area. You should also have a healthy diet, not eating many fattening foods.
