How can someone stop cellulite in it's tracks before it gets too gross?

It's not the mountain we conquer... but ourselves

You can start doing exercises every day for your legs, either running, speed-walking, the elliptical, and even weights.  The more firm your legs are, without fat, the less cellulite you'll see.  Good luck!

I think just getting some exercise a couple of times a week, and eating a healthy diet can help to prevent cellulite getting worse.

I am assuming that your cellulite is in the legs, so heres what to do:

Start doing leg exercises every single day, like squats, elliptical machine, running, and speed-walking. Your fat will go away, and if you have no fat, you will have no cellulite!

If your cellulite is not in your legs, try some exercises for that area. You should also have a healthy diet, not eating many fattening foods. Smile
