Every story has an end but in life, every end is just a new beginning.

Are you unable to power-walk? Are you taking any medication for your asthma? Your daily exercise is one thing you can control and your daily food intake is also very important to monitor. You need to limit your food intake, and I think your best option is to join a Weight Watchers group, where you will learn to eat healthy.
