A:Thank-you for replying.. It happenens to be a diamond ring given to me by my farther who had made it about 20 years ago when he was a jeweler... the person who stole it confessed to me and told me where it was I just don't have any reciepts, serial numbers, pictures, and anything that will show that I am thee owner. What should I do?
