From what you write, it sounds like a mixture of boredom and maybe a little depression. Is there a reason why you aren't working? Are you studying? Doing something else? I think having a daily schedule would greatly help your motivation. For example, set a time to get up each morning to do something productive; for example, go to the gym (or do form of exercise), wash your laundry, clean your room/house, volunteer, etc. Having a set schedule will give you reason to get up in the morning.
