I started doing The CArb diet in a Diet Center. I've been doing it for 6 weeks consecutive because they don't follow Atkins as it should be. I read about Atkins few days ago. I am 8 pounds to reach my goal weight and still on 20 carbs daily. I want o know if I can add 5 grams of carbs already and if so, what foods can I add to make 25 and still continue to loose. I've been stuck with the same weight 3 times until I started doing it Atkins way and I have broken the platoe barrier and lost another 2 pounds.
I wat eggs every morning but got fed up so was wondering if I could add something else to my morning meals and if I can add low carb fruits. Also would like to know what does nutrient- dense and fibre-rich foods mean.
I don't eat any fiber in my diet, I've been eating meat, fish and chicken and just few vegetables for the past 6 weeks. I find myself weak but they tell me it's normal. I want to finish up the 12 week program doing the Atkins diet the way it should be. Please show me how without feeling hungry or low energy.
I'll appreciate all the help I can get.

If you are going to a diet center should you check with them to make sure you are making the right decisions? It seems very unhealthy to cut all fiber out of your diet. This is one of the most essential factors to a healthy diet that will help you to get to your goal. Also, if you are low energy then you cannot exercise. I would suggest you add in some healthy carbs and just cut down on your portions and increase your physical activity. best of luck
