Hungry kids

I can't stand the thought of young children walking about hungry. It makes me think of my grandchildren...

Enjoy!

If I started a non-profit organization it would focus on education and trying to decrease the gaps between haves and have-nots. I think that we should try and give under-privileged children and youth the opportunity to succeed.

I would say an organization that fights the western egocentric  moving along exploitation  of the world (all other countries not included in the west).

I would start a non-profit to help homeless families, not just women and children, it ould be to assist the family unit in transition from being homeless or facing being homeless. I would provide transitional housing (Apartment complex) and I would provide services such as job training such as computer training, financial training, we would provide child care so the parents would be able to work. I would purchase homes off center for the families to be able to transition out of phase one and move into a home of their own off center and provide a redused rent for the families. The program in the transitional housing would be a 1-year program in phase one and phase two would be a 1-year program off center in our rental property. They must pass the program to get to this level.

In phase one the families would be required to have a banking account and they would be required to pay a monthly living cost that will be placed in an account the first year going through phase one of the program. By the end of the first phase before the transition to phase two the funds that have been placed into their account will be used to relocate them into phase two of the program and to help them establish being credit worthy. At the end of the phase two of the prgram each family will be provided with the opportunity to purchase the home they are currently living in. I would place this program in all major cities across the United States to help homeless families .

It's more in detail but this is just a quick overview of the concept of my program. It WILL change lives and not provide a bandaid to a very serious situation...Families
