Hi,

Here are a few things to think about:

  • What do you want this fraternity to do? What are your goals?
  • how do people join?
  • What activities will your organization do?
  • Choose a symbol for your organization.
  • think of the kind of funding you need for this project.

After thinking over these issues you'll have to put time into marketing your fraternity in a way that people will want to join. this will be a serious challenge.

There are a number of things you should do before you think about starting a Fraternity. Here is a quick run down:

Go Local

Create a name

Determine your purpose

Find a Latin phrase

Create your hierarchy

Make a constitution

Develop rush events

Hand out bids

Customize and build a pledge process

Initiate those pledges

Create alumni connections

Prepare in the offseason

Repeat
