My spouse wants me out. What are my rights?

My spouse is trying to get me to move out of "his house". I do not have anyplace to go and i am currently unemployed. All of my furniture and personal property is here and is being used by him. He said he will do anything he can to get me out. He is verbally abusive but he won't hit me because i said i will call the police. Does anyone know who i can talk to? I need to find out my rights. I need to know if I get police help when i move.

And how are you feeling today?

You need to get a divorce attorney ASAP. You can search the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers website for a local attorney (http://www.aaml.org/custom/directory/search.cfm). Good luck.
